Reservations and Refunds:

Reservations will be confirmed only by deposit of $50 or half the amount due (credit card preferred).  This is refundable only if we receive notice of cancellation at least seven days in advance.  Full payment for your pet's stay is due at check-out time.  (Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Traveler's Checks preferred.)  For additional questions, please feel free to call or email us at:
